I'm alone,But it isn't dark
It isn't cold--
I can breathe,
Stretch my roots
Farther and farther
Absorb nutrients and strength
From the space around me
And be comfortable...
I am only one--
A beautiful number
In its singularity
Unique, one of a kind
And that may be me
Just for now
Or always and forever
But I'm happy
