Scattered with ellipsis--
     Unfinished,
          Dangling,
Memories and ideas trying to escape
While time ticks on,
The steady strum of each tick--
Deafening,
     the silence of the words
Left unspoken,
          Dangling...
Each word fights for a place
A snug and comfortable fit
On a littered page,
     crisp with other words
Carving a niche for itself
Creating a path to some story
Lost in the dangling and forgotten
Stronger,
     for their time in silence.
