Where is the Love?
We've become desensitized to the world around us, and Matthew 24:12 already told us that would happen. It's been weighing on my heart in the aftermath of the most recent shootings, so I need to share how I noticed my own indifference creeping in.
12 Because lawlessness will multiply, the love of many will grow cold. 13 But the one who endures to the end will be saved.
Matthew 24:12-13 CSB
Summary
There were 2 mass shootings on the same day! My first reaction was that of complete desensitization; it did not shock me or seem like something out of the ordinary. Our society has gotten so bad that random acts of violence seem total normal and unnewsworthy to me, and probably countless others. Lawlessness has overtaken our world. In this episode, I want to discus our reaction to the horrific acts happening in our world today.
